Claims rejection and follow-up
What makes us different is our ability to scale to the level of assistance you need. We can simply file the claims for you once your staff enters them, we can enter them and file them or we can enter, file and provide follow up on any rejected claims. Some practices prefer to follow up on the small number of rejected claims themselves while others prefer not to have to do so although if we follow up for you we certainly will need to work with your staff to gather or verify information at times that may be related to the rejection reason.
If we perform the follow-up for you this will allow you to assign your staff to other critical functions such as caring for your valued patients!
Remember that with our processes you or your office management staff will have on-line, real-time views of claims filing status so that the process is fully transparent. Therefore if you do want us to perform the follow up you will still remain fully in the loop as to status to whatever extent makes you comfortable.
