Claims Filing Follow-Up

The electronic claims filing performed by Office Management Partners is unique in that we offer our services along a spectrum depending upon how much assistance your staff requires as well as how comfortable you may be in hiring outside assistance. Our service can fall into any of the following levels of claims processing:
  1. Claims Filing only - you provide the claims information and we file it for you electronically even though you continue to use your own Practice Management System
  2. Claims Entry and Filing - our staff enters the claims and files them using our Online Practice Management System which you may use at varying levels from claims filing only to patient scheduling to full practice management including reporting functions
  3. Our staff provides the services described under "b" plus performs all claims follow-up. Under "b" we follow-up on any rejected claims to ensure the rejection was not a simple error that can be re-submitted however under this level of service we follow-up on all rejected claims even if the source is related to questions about original coding within your office. In this case we work with your staff and the insurance companies to resolve any outstanding claims.
